At RIVARNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer Free Returns. RIVARNE will fully cover the return shipping costs. You will not have to pay out of pocket to return your item.
How to Return Your Item:
1. Email us at help@rivarne.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Within 24 hours, our support team will email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
3. Simply attach the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Important Shipping Notice:
To ensure the security and proper processing of your refund, all returns must be shipped exclusively using the pre-paid return label provided by our support team. This allows us to track the package directly to our fulfillment network. We cannot accept or process returns sent via alternative shipping methods or shipped without our official tracking label, as we cannot guarantee delivery.

(Please do not ship items directly to our corporate address without requesting your pre-paid label first, as packages arriving without our trackable return label cannot be processed).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected within our fulfillment network, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned after the 60-day window.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at help@rivarne.com. We will process the exchange using a pre-paid return label at no additional cost within the 60-day window.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at help@rivarne.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with our Lifetime Guarantee.
Lifetime Guarantee
Every RIVARNE piece is covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your piece tarnishes, breaks, or the clasp fails under normal wear at any time, we will send you a real replacement — not store credit. Simply contact us at help@rivarne.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Loss or theft.
- Modifications made to the product.
UK & EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you are protected by statutory consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive), which grant a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 60-day return policy significantly exceeds these statutory minimums.
