Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

To ensure maximum efficiency and fast delivery, RIVARNE operates a global logistics model. Orders are securely dispatched from our international fulfillment centers directly to your doorstep.

Shipping — United Kingdom & Europe
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — Free on all orders
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days — $5.90

All European and UK orders include comprehensive tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Shipping — Rest of the World
We proudly offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team at help@rivarne.com for assistance. International shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs & Duties
For orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may occasionally apply depending on your local country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. RIVARNE is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@rivarne.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@rivarne.com before the order is dispatched.
