Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping — United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days — Free on all orders
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days — £6.95
All UK orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping — Europe
- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days — £9.95
- Tracking included on all European orders
Shipping — Rest of World
Currently we ship to the UK and select European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at help@rivarne.com.
Customs & Duties
For orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. RIVARNE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@rivarne.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@rivarne.com before the order is dispatched.
